The law office undertakes legal support in matters of:
The non-property, absolute and personal right of human personality is protected from illegal infringements by the provisions of articles 2 § 1,5 § 1 and 2, 25 of the Constitution, 57 AK, article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (n Law 53/1974) and the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Articles 17 and 22 of Law 2462/1997). A person's personality means the goods that are connected to his person and make up his physical, mental and social individuality. These goods are not independent rights but individual manifestations - manifestations or aspects of the single right to the personality of every human being, in such a way that the infringement of any of these manifestations also entails an infringement of the right of personality.
The most important of these individual manifestations that constitute the right of personality are life, health, physical integrity, freedom, the privacy of private life, the image of man, his property, his honor and reputation, etc. From the above follows the right to use common things (articles 967, 968-970 AK), such as atmospheric air, which are part of the broader concept of the environment and coincide on a large scale with the most important environmental goods, thus constituting a condition of life as well as elements to ensure quality of life. Therefore, the right to use common things is an independent manifestation of the right of personality, as determined by the provision of article 57 of the Civil Code.
In these cases, the law provides protection by filing an application for injunctive measures in cases of urgency as well as regular litigation.
